In October 2024, we met with Enzo from Prime Vape looking to transform the store for Black Friday Cyber Monday. Their previous theme was outdated, and they needed to make a quick transformation (1 month) in order to take advantage of the holiday season.

The Goal

  • Launch a fully updated Shopify store in time for BFCM 2024.
  • Enhance the user experience, improve navigation, and increase conversions by optimizing the customer journey (Clear path to highlight promotions) and adding reassurance elements (trust badges and reviews).

The Results: BFCM 2024 vs. BFCM 2023

The revamp led to the following impressive results:

  • +23% Increase in Average Order Value (AOV)
  • +15% Increase in Conversion Rate (CR)
